The owner’s objective was to occupy this building no later than thirty weeks from Notice to Proceed. Van Ewing Construction, Inc. accomplished this goal by adhering to a very aggressive schedule, and quality management of subcontracts. This 72,000 square foot facility was constructed in just twenty-eight weeks.
