It was mandatory that the Courthouse remain open and fully functional throughout the entire project. As a result, Van Ewing Construction, Inc. worked with the Courthouse employees to schedule work when it would be least disruptive to court schedules and employees, individual offices would be complete when courthouse staff was ready to move in, any negative effects on parking and traffic would be minimal. With the variability of construction schedules, this can be quite difficult. But we did it and we did it well.
